Welcome to Totara Apartment, a stylish and fully self-contained one-bedroom retreat designed for comfort and convenience, accommodating up to four people. With a modern kitchen, luxurious new bathroom, and in-unit washing machine, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxed stay.
The apartment includes a kitchen (with fridge/freezer), sitting room with bed settee, separate large bedroom and large bathroom with luxurious shower.
Available for short-term stays, with special weekly rates for bookings of a week or longer, maximum three months. Daily rates start at $150 per night for two people, including breakfast of homemade muesli with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
No pets or smoking please.

Conveniently located in Maunu, Totara Apartment is just five minutes from Whangārei Hospital and has easy access to the city centre, Town Basin and other marinas. Cafés, convenience stores, and a bus stop are all within walking distance. Guests enjoy private off street parking, ensuring both security and ease during their stay. The apartment is in a residential area but borders native bush so the outlook is country!
